The LBT8 is an all-in-one active ceiling speaker. Each unit has a built-in Class D amplifier alongside Bluetooth 5.4 LE Audio and Auracast broadcast technology, so there's no need for external amps or complicated signal routing. It's one of the more straightforward routes to high-performance ceiling audio, whether you're fitting out a home or a commercial space.
Multi-room audio is handled entirely wirelessly. During installation, one speaker is set as the Master Transmitter, and any additional units are set to Receiver mode. Press the on-board control button and the speakers sync up into perfectly matched zones, no wiring required.
For anyone who still wants a wired source, a 3.5mm line-in input gives direct connectivity to TVs, media players, and other AV equipment, working alongside Bluetooth streaming for maximum flexibility.
Auracast is the headline feature of the LBT8, and it's a genuine step forward in how wireless audio gets distributed. Traditional Bluetooth pairing limits you to one or two connected devices at a time. Auracast changes that, letting a single transmitting source reach an unlimited number of compatible receiving devices at once.
In practice, this means anyone with a modern Auracast-enabled hearing aid, listening device, or even a pair of headphones can tune directly into the audio the speaker is playing, straight to their own device. For assistive listening applications in particular, that's a meaningful upgrade.

The LBT8 pairs easily with popular smart speakers, including the Amazon Echo Dot and Google Home. Simply pair your Echo or Google Home device to the speakers via Bluetooth, say the wake word, and you're up and running.
