The TOA A-3512D is a 120W Class D Mixer Amplifier with 5 inputs, 2-zone speaker selection, emergency and priority paging, phantom power and both 100V line and 4-16 Ohm low-impedance speaker outputs — the compact, lower-power model in the TOA A-3500D series, ideal for smaller background music and paging installations in retail, education, hospitality and commercial environments.

The TOA A-3512D is the 120W model in the TOA A-3500D series of Class D mixer amplifiers — sharing the same comprehensive feature set and versatile input/output configuration as the larger A-3548D, but with a lower power output that makes it the ideal choice for smaller venues and installations where 480W would be excessive. Designed for professional public address, background music and paging applications across retail shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, schools, offices, sports facilities and houses of worship, the A-3512D provides a comprehensive all-in-one mixing and amplification solution for installations requiring reliable, flexible and easy-to-manage 2-zone audio from a single compact unit.

Flexible 5-Input Configuration

The A-3512D offers five input channels covering a wide range of source types and connectivity requirements. Inputs 1 and 2 feature selectable MIC/LINE operation via electronically balanced removable terminal block and 6.3mm phone jack connectors, inputs 3 and 4 provide additional MIC and selectable MIC/LINE inputs via 6.3mm phone jacks, and input 5 accepts unbalanced stereo line-level signals via RCA connectors for media players and other consumer audio sources. Two phantom power supplies are provided for condenser microphone use, and a dedicated power amplifier input on RCA allows the A-3512D to be driven from an external line-level source when required.

2-Zone Speaker Selection & Emergency Output

Two independently selectable speaker zones allow different audio to be distributed to different areas of a venue, with zone control inputs and outputs for remote zone switching and integration with external control systems. Both zones support 100V high-impedance line operation for distributed speaker systems, and the direct speaker output additionally supports low-impedance loads from 4 to 16 Ohm for conventional speaker connection. An emergency output, power remote output and zone control outputs provide the integration capability required for life safety and building automation system connectivity in professional commercial installations.

Class D Efficiency & Reliable Performance

The Class D amplifier delivers 120W of output power with a frequency response of 50Hz to 20kHz (±3dB) and a signal-to-noise ratio of 88dB (A-weighted) for clean, clear audio reproduction across both music and speech applications. A distortion figure of less than 1% at rated power ensures consistent, reliable audio quality throughout the operating range. The universal power supply (100–240V AC, 50/60Hz) enables straightforward installation in any mains environment.

EU Import Tax

Any goods shipped outside of the UK, over a certain value, will incur an import tax. The cost and rate will depend on the country and the order value.

This is a legal requirement and MUST be paid prior to delivery in order to receive your goods. You will be contacted by the courier once the order is dispatched to pay the fee.

Failure to pay import tax when applicable will result in the order being shipped back to Audio Volt. Any returned goods sent back to us due to non-payment of import tax are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund on the shipping charge.

You can obtain an import duty estimate here.

Delivery Notes

On delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Audio Volt is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises Audio Volt of such within three working days from the date of delivery.

60 Day Returns Policy

We ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:

  1. Please keep your order reference to hand. This confirms your original order and gives us the necessary details to authorise the product's return.
  2. Contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 (or email info@audiovolt.co.uk). We will then send you an RMA number and a returns form, which needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).
  3. If the order has been unpacked, re-package it to ensure that it is being returned in its original condition. Please make sure all items relating to the product are returned, including manuals and cables.
  4. When returning an item, please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the courier.

Returned items must be mailed within 10 days of when the RMA number has been issued. Items received with a post date 30 days after your requested return will NOT be eligible for refund.

Please note: our returns policy is quite straightforward, but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with before applying:

  1. It is your responsibility to request a return. If you don't tell us you want to make a return, we don't know. Once you do tell us, we will do everything we can to action it.
  2. If you have not requested a return within 60 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it, and we will not authorise a return.
  3. We always refund the payment according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within 72 hours of the return being received by us.
  4. Returned goods are liable for a restocking fee of 15% towards handling and repackaging if the order is not returned in its original, unopened packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned goods.
  5. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.
  6. Replacement products are dispatched immediately after the returned goods have been received and accepted by Audio Volt.
  7. Items that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Delivery costs are also reimbursed for faulty items. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 if you believe your item has developed a fault.

Finally, please remember that notifying us of your intention to apply for a return, saving the delivery paperwork and keeping the order in its original packaging will help both you and Audio Volt to process the return quickly.
