The Chord SU20-B-BY is a practical dual beltpack UHF wireless system supplied with discreet lavalier and comfortable headset microphones.
The Chord SU20-B-BY provides a flexible, licence-free wireless microphone setup with two beltpack transmitters, each supplied with a lavalier tie-clip microphone and a lightweight headset microphone. This dual system is ideal for presenters, instructors, fitness teachers, schools, places of worship, conferences, and theatres where hands-free, discreet mics are essential.
Fixed Frequencies for Reliable, Simple Operation
Operating on two fixed UHF frequencies (863.1MHz and 864.8MHz), this system removes the need to manually pair channels, making it quick and hassle-free to set up. Both channels are fully licence-free for UK use, so you can use them straight out of the box without additional licensing costs.
Compact Half-Rack Receiver with Flexible Mounting
The SU20-B-BY comes with a half-rack receiver featuring balanced XLR outputs for each channel plus a mixed unbalanced 6.3mm jack output. It includes front or rear antenna mounting options, rack ears, and a coupling plate for mounting two units together — perfect for portable use or permanent installations where space is tight.
Dependable Performance with Generous Range
With a range of up to 60 metres (line-of-sight) and cardioid capsules on both the lavalier and headset microphones, you’ll enjoy clear, focused audio pickup with minimal background noise. You can even use up to two SU20 systems simultaneously for a total of four beltpack channels working at once.
