Mackie Thump115S 15" 1400W Active PA Subwoofer
The Mackie Thump115S is a 15" 1400W Class-D Active PA Subwoofer delivering 131dB maximum SPL and a 36Hz–200Hz frequency response, featuring three selectable voicing modes, a variable crossover, stereo XLR inputs and high-pass outputs.
The Mackie Thump115S is a compact, touring-grade 15" active subwoofer designed to add serious low-end impact to any Thump PA system — or indeed any professional live sound setup requiring deep, powerful and configurable bass reinforcement. Built around a 1400W ultra-efficient Class-D amplifier and a 15" high-performance woofer, the Thump115S delivers 131dB maximum SPL with a frequency response reaching down to 36Hz — providing the deep, authoritative bass foundation that transforms a good PA system into a truly impactful one.
What sets the Thump115S apart from simpler subwoofers is its three unique voicing modes, which allow the bass character of the system to be tailored to the specific application or musical genre rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all fixed response.
Voicing Modes — Bass That Matches Your Application
Voicing modes are a common feature on full-range loudspeakers, but the Thump115S brings the same intelligence to subwoofer performance. Three selectable modes allow precise tailoring of the bass character to suit different musical applications and personal preference. Flat mode delivers a natural balance between deep bass and overall output for general-purpose use. Deep mode emphasises ultra-low frequencies for maximum sub-bass impact — ideal for dance, rap and electronic music where deep, felt bass is essential. Punch mode prioritises the highest possible output level for maximum impact and projection — the ideal choice for live bands and rock music where punch and presence in the bass are more important than extreme low-frequency extension. A Variable mode allows the crossover frequency to be set manually for precise matching with any full-range loudspeaker.
Versatile System Integration
The Thump115S provides a comprehensive set of inputs, outputs and configuration controls for flexible integration into virtually any PA system configuration. Stereo XLR inputs accept signals from mixers, DJ controllers and other source equipment, whilst stereo high-pass XLR outputs feed the correctly filtered signal to connected full-range loudspeakers and stereo full-range XLR outputs pass the complete unaltered signal for chaining to additional subwoofers. A variable level control from -6dBu to +6dBu allows precise output balancing, a polarity invert switch provides flexible phase alignment, and stereo or mono summing supports both single and dual subwoofer deployment configurations. A defeatable front LED provides clean stage presentation when required. An integrated M20-threaded pole mount allows compatible full-range loudspeakers to be mounted directly above the subwoofer for a compact, self-contained PA stack — and the Mackie SPM400 threaded speaker pole (sold separately) is compatible for use with the Thump115S.
Built-Like-A-Tank™ for Gigging Professionals
The Thump115S is built to the same Built-Like-A-Tank™ standard as the rest of the Thump range — rugged and durable enough to handle the demands of regular gigging, whilst remaining lightweight enough for practical single-operator loading and transport at 23.72kg. Integrated top corner handles represent Mackie's most ergonomic transport design yet, making the Thump115S significantly easier to carry and position than conventional subwoofer handle designs.

60 Day Returns Policy
We ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:
- Please keep your order reference to hand. This confirms your original order and gives us the necessary details to authorise the product's return.
- Contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 (or email info@audiovolt.co.uk). We will then send you an RMA number and a returns form, which needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).
- If the order has been unpacked, re-package it to ensure that it is being returned in its original condition. Please make sure all items relating to the product are returned, including manuals and cables.
- When returning an item, please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the courier.
Returned items must be mailed within 10 days of when the RMA number has been issued. Items received with a post date 30 days after your requested return will NOT be eligible for refund.
Please note: our returns policy is quite straightforward, but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with before applying:
- It is your responsibility to request a return. If you don't tell us you want to make a return, we don't know. Once you do tell us, we will do everything we can to action it.
- If you have not requested a return within 60 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it, and we will not authorise a return.
- We always refund the payment according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within 72 hours of the return being received by us.
- Returned goods are liable for a restocking fee of 15% towards handling and repackaging if the order is not returned in its original, unopened packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned goods.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.
- Replacement products are dispatched immediately after the returned goods have been received and accepted by Audio Volt.
- Items that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Delivery costs are also reimbursed for faulty items. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 if you believe your item has developed a fault.
Finally, please remember that notifying us of your intention to apply for a return, saving the delivery paperwork and keeping the order in its original packaging will help both you and Audio Volt to process the return quickly.
