Zenith LSP408 MKII 4 In 8 Out Loudspeaker Processor
DETAILS
The Zenith LSP408 MKII is a professional 4-in / 8-out loudspeaker processor offering total control for complex PA and installed sound systems.
The Zenith LSP408 MKII is a high-performance loudspeaker management system designed for larger and more complex sound installations, including multi-zone venues, theatres, houses of worship, live music venues, and conference facilities. Featuring four XLR inputs and eight XLR outputs, the processor provides flexible routing options for stereo, multi-way and multi-zone speaker configurations.
Pre-loaded with standard presets for typical 2-way stereo systems, the LSP408 MKII allows rapid setup while giving the sound technician the ability to create, edit, store, and recall custom presets. Using the intuitive Windows-based PC software, presets can also be backed up, duplicated or shared between systems, ensuring consistent sound quality across multiple installations.
Each input features a 4-band parametric EQ, while each output is equipped with a 5-band parametric EQ, enabling precise tonal shaping for individual speakers or speaker groups. The processor also includes high-pass and low-pass output filters, with selectable Butterworth, Bessel, or Linkwitz-Riley filter types and slopes up to 48dB per octave, allowing accurate crossover points for subwoofers, midrange, and high-frequency drivers.
Time alignment is easy with up to 1 second of delay on each input and output, helping to synchronise speaker arrays in large spaces. Built-in compressors on every channel provide protection and dynamic control, while phase reverse switches allow rapid correction of polarity issues during system setup.
The front-panel jog wheel, LCD display, and 7-segment LED level indicators provide clear, fast feedback for live adjustments. Advanced functions such as multi-channel linking and channel copying simplify complex configurations, allowing changes to be applied simultaneously across multiple outputs. The included PC software on USB ensures in-depth control and management for professional sound engineers.
