The Ecler SAMI-702BT is a 7-Channel 19" Analogue Stereo Installation Rack Mixer featuring six MIC/LINE stereo inputs, a dedicated Bluetooth 5.0 stereo input, 3-band tone control, talkover priority and a MUTE remote control port.

The most versatile model in the SAMI series for retail, education, corporate, hospitality and sports and wellness installations.

The Ecler SAMI-702BT is the most feature-rich model in the SAMI analogue installation mixer series, adding a dedicated Bluetooth 5.0 stereo input channel to the established six-channel MIC/LINE configuration — making it the ideal choice for installations where wireless audio streaming from smartphones, tablets and other Bluetooth devices is required alongside traditional wired microphone and line-level sources.

Designed for retail stores, educational facilities, corporate offices, hospitality venues and sports and wellness spaces, the SAMI-702BT combines comprehensive seven-channel mixing capability with professional installation features in a compact 1RU 19" rack format.

Bluetooth 5.0 with ECLER Bluetooth Manager

The SAMI-702BT's integrated Bluetooth 5.0 receiver delivers wireless audio streaming with AAC and SBC codec support, a range of up to 25 metres and a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz (-1dB) for high-quality wireless audio performance. The Bluetooth input can be configured for stereo or mono output, and the system is managed via ECLER's dedicated ECLER BLUETOOTH MANAGER (EBTM) software via USB-C connection — providing comprehensive configuration and management of the Bluetooth input parameters. A front panel Bluetooth pairing button and pair LED indicator make connecting wireless devices quick and intuitive, without the need to access rear panel controls.

High-Quality Audio Performance

The SAMI-702BT maintains the same high audio performance standards as the rest of the SAMI series across all wired inputs. Line inputs achieve a frequency response of 10Hz to 50kHz (-1dB), THD+Noise less than 0.005% and SNR greater than 100dB. The Bluetooth input delivers THD+Noise less than 0.03% and SNR greater than 100dB. Balanced MIC inputs achieve a frequency response of 10Hz to 30kHz (-1dB), SNR greater than 85dB and CMRR greater than 60dB at 1kHz. All MIC inputs support +18V phantom power, and microphone sensitivity is adjustable via rear panel controls for precise level matching.

Talkover, 3-Band Tone Control & Safety Integration

The SAMI-702BT includes the same comprehensive control and safety features found across the SAMI range. A 3-band tone control section — Bass (100Hz ±15dB), Mid (2kHz ±15dB) and Treble (10kHz ±15dB) — allows tonal shaping of the overall mix output, whilst a talkover (priority) function is assignable from any MIC/LINE input over the mix bus with a 2-second release time and -30dB ducking effect. The main mix output is switchable between stereo and mono operation, and an AUX/REC output provides a secondary RCA output for recording or zone feed applications. A MUTE remote control input — triggered by external dry contact closure — enables integration with fire detection systems and other safety devices for automatic audio muting in an emergency.

Delivery Notes

On delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Audio Volt is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises Audio Volt of such within three working days from the date of delivery.

EU Import Tax

Any goods shipped outside of the UK, over a certain value, will incur an import tax. The cost and rate will depend on the country and the order value.

This is a legal requirement and MUST be paid prior to delivery in order to receive your goods. You will be contacted by the courier once the order is dispatched to pay the fee.

Failure to pay import tax when applicable will result in the order being shipped back to Audio Volt. Any returned goods sent back to us due to non-payment of import tax are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund on the shipping charge.

60 Day Returns Policy

We ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:

1. Please keep your order reference to hand. This confirms your original order and gives us the necessary details to authorise the product’s return.

2. Contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 (or e-mail info@audiovolt.co.uk). We will then send you an RMA number and a returns form, which needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).

3. (If the order has been unpacked) re-package it to ensure that it is being returned in its original condition. Please make sure all items relating to the product are returned, including manuals and cables.

4. When returning an item, please obtain a ‘proof of postage’ receipt from the Courier.

Returned items must be mailed within 10 days of when the RMA Number has been issued. Items received with a post date 30 days after your requested return will NOT be eligible for refund.

Please note: Our returns policy is quite straightforward, but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with before applying:

1. It is your responsibility to request a return. If you don’t tell us you want to make a return, we don’t know. Once you do tell us, we will do everything we can to action it.

2. If you have not requested a return within 60 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it, and we will not authorise a return.

3. We always refund the payment according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within 72 hours of the return being received by us.

4. Returned goods are liable for a restocking fee of 15% towards handling and repackaging if the order is not returned in its original, unopened packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned goods.

5. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.

6. Replacement products are dispatched immediately after the returned goods have been received and accepted by Audio Volt.

7. Items that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Delivery costs are also reimbursed for faulty items. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 if you believe your item has developed a fault.

Finally, please remember that notifying us of your intention to apply for a return, saving the delivery paperwork and keeping the order in its original packaging will help both you and Audio Volt to process the return quickly.
