The Ecler HADA-4B150 is part of Ecler's HADA series of professional networkable DSP amplifiers, designed to deliver reliable, high-performance amplification with comprehensive digital signal processing and network control capabilities for the most demanding fixed installation applications.

Whether deployed in retail, education, corporate, hospitality, sports and wellness or public venue environments, the HADA-4B150 provides four channels of 125W Class D amplification in a compact 2RU 19" rack chassis — with the flexibility, processing power and control options to adapt to virtually any installation audio system design.

Flexible Output Configuration for Low & High Impedance Systems

The HADA-4B150 has been engineered to support a wide range of speaker system configurations from a single amplifier. In standard stereo mode, all four channels deliver 125W into 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm low-impedance loads. In bridge mode, channel pairs can be configured to deliver 250W into high-impedance 100V or 70V distributed speaker systems — making the HADA-4B150 equally capable as a direct-drive low-impedance amplifier or as a high-impedance 100V line amplifier for distributed audio installations. Output mode selection per channel or channel pair is handled via the HADA DSP Manager software, providing precise and flexible system configuration.

Advanced Onboard DSP via HADA DSP Manager

The HADA-4B150's integrated DSP engine — built around a dual-core 64-bit processor with 96kHz/24-bit audio conversion and 113dB dynamic range — provides a comprehensive suite of signal processing tools for both inputs and outputs. Per-channel processing includes parametric EQ, delay, limiter and multiband compressor on both input and output paths, with a 4x4 digital matrix mixer allowing any input to be routed to any output combination. All configurations can be saved as presets for rapid system recall. Signal processing latency is an extremely low 500 microseconds from analogue input to analogue output. The HADA DSP Manager application — accessible via Ethernet (100Mbps, CAT5 up to 100m) and an embedded web application — provides a comprehensive and intuitive interface for all device configuration, monitoring and control from a networked computer or control system.

Multiple Control Options

The HADA-4B150 offers a generous range of control options to suit different installation requirements and control system preferences. Front panel rotary attenuators provide direct local level control for each output channel. Four rear panel GPI inputs (0–3.3V) enable remote volume control from external control devices, whilst an external MUTE input via dry contact closure allows system-wide muting from external safety or control systems — including fire detection systems. Third-party control system integration is supported via TCP/IP, making the HADA-4B150 compatible with a wide range of building management and AV control platforms. A front panel RUN/SLEEP button enables standby mode for energy saving during periods of inactivity.

Comprehensive Protection & Monitoring

The HADA-4B150 is equipped with a full suite of protection circuits ensuring total reliability in continuous professional operation. DC protection, HF protection, short-circuit protection and thermal protection — with automatic output power reduction at 90°C and full mute at 100°C — safeguard both the amplifier and connected loudspeakers at all times. Per-channel front panel LED monitoring covers signal present, clip, limit, mute, protection and thermal status, with additional unit-level indicators for power on, data activity and external mute status. Temperature-controlled variable speed fan cooling with front-to-back airflow keeps operating temperatures in check throughout sustained high-power use, with a maximum fan noise of 46dB at 1m.
