The Cloud Contractor CVS-C62T Ceiling Speaker Kit brings together everything needed to install a professional background music and public address system in a single, carefully specified package — stepping up from the 5.25" CVS-C53T kit with a more premium 6.5" 2-way coaxial ceiling speaker specifically designed for high-quality music reproduction. Built around the Cloud VMA240 240W Mixer Amplifier and Cloud Contractor CVS-C62T 6.5" 100V ceiling speakers, this kit is ideal for pubs, bars, hotels, offices and general commercial premises where both excellent musical quality and high speech intelligibility are required from a cost-effective, easy-to-install system.

Cloud VMA240 240W Mixer Amplifier
At the heart of the system is the Cloud VMA240 — a straightforward, cost-effective 240W mixer amplifier designed for commercial premises and engineered to be as simple to install and operate as possible whilst offering a useful range of features and configuration options. Delivering 240W into 100V line speaker systems, the VMA240 fits into a standard 19" rack cabinet (1U) or can be placed on a desk or counter for surface-mounted installations.
Four stereo unbalanced line inputs — three RCA jack pairs on the rear panel plus a front-facing 3.5mm aux input — provide straightforward connection of background music sources including smartphones, laptops, CD players and streaming devices. Two balanced microphone inputs with individual preset gain controls, mic-over-music priority and a 100Hz high-pass filter per input allow a dynamic or condenser paging microphone to be connected for public address, or a handheld microphone for pub quizzes and karaoke. Front panel controls for mic and music levels, line input selection, master level, EQ and output bargraph metering make day-to-day operation intuitive for non-technical staff, and a fixed output limiter prevents clipping under all operating conditions.
Cloud Contractor CVS-C62T 6.5" Premium Ceiling Speakers
The Cloud Contractor CVS-C62T is a premium 6.5" 2-way coaxial ceiling speaker from the Cloud CVS Contractor Series — more specifically designed for high-quality music reproduction than the entry-level CVS-C53T, making it the preferred choice for environments where musical performance alongside speech intelligibility is important. The 2-way coaxial driver arrangement combines a 6.5" polypropylene cone woofer with soft rubber surround and a 1" silk dome tweeter for detailed, balanced sound reproduction with wide 90° dispersion, covering a broad frequency range from 45Hz to 20kHz.
Each speaker includes an integral 100V line transformer with tappings at 24W, 12W and 6W. The correct tapping should be selected according to the number of speakers installed — for 4 or 8 speaker systems select the 24W tapping, and for 12 speaker systems select the 12W tapping, ensuring the total speaker load remains comfortably within the amplifier’s 240W output capacity. A magnetically attached painted aluminium grille snaps on and off without tools, and a cutting template is supplied with each speaker for accurate ceiling cutout. Four dog-leg clamps actuated and tightened from below with a screwdriver secure the speaker in place without requiring ceiling access from above. Connections are made via a multi-pin Easy Connect terminal block for simplified installation wiring. Available in black or white — please select your preferred colour before adding to basket.
TruSound 16/2 LSHF Speaker Cable
One 100m drum of TruSound 16/2 1.5mm (16AWG) LSHF speaker cable is included as standard — providing sufficient cable for medium-scale installations and ensuring the complete system can be wired from a single drum. Constructed with oxygen-free copper conductors and a low smoke halogen-free jacket, the cable is UV and weather resistant, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. Cut-off Times
Orders must be placed before 3:30pm to guarantee same-day dispatch. Any orders placed after this time are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day, and are more likely to be shipped the next working day.
To guarantee Saturday Delivery, orders must ideally be placed before 2pm.
We operate during office hours, Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm, and are closed during the weekend.
Orders placed over the weekend or Friday after cut-off will be processed and shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday during bank holidays).
Mainland UK Delivery Charges
Note: Next-day services are classed as working days (Mon-Fri) and do not include weekends. Please choose Saturday delivery if you require the item over the weekend.
Please also note orders with a high number of boxes may be subject to an additional charge.

EU Import Tax
Any goods shipped outside of the UK, over a certain value, will incur an import tax. The cost and rate will depend on the country and the order value.
This is a legal requirement and MUST be paid prior to delivery in order to receive your goods. You will be contacted by the courier once the order is dispatched to pay the fee.
Failure to pay import tax when applicable will result in the order being shipped back to Audio Volt. Any returned goods sent back to us due to non-payment of import tax are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund on the shipping charge.

Delivery Notes
On delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Audio Volt is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises Audio Volt of such within three working days from the date of delivery.
60 Day Returns Policy
We ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:
- Please keep your order reference to hand. This confirms your original order and gives us the necessary details to authorise the product's return.
- Contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 (or email info@audiovolt.co.uk). We will then send you an RMA number and a returns form, which needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).
- If the order has been unpacked, re-package it to ensure that it is being returned in its original condition. Please make sure all items relating to the product are returned, including manuals and cables.
- When returning an item, please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the courier.
Returned items must be mailed within 10 days of when the RMA number has been issued. Items received with a post date 30 days after your requested return will NOT be eligible for refund.
Please note: our returns policy is quite straightforward, but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with before applying:
- It is your responsibility to request a return. If you don't tell us you want to make a return, we don't know. Once you do tell us, we will do everything we can to action it.
- If you have not requested a return within 60 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it, and we will not authorise a return.
- We always refund the payment according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within 72 hours of the return being received by us.
- Returned goods are liable for a restocking fee of 15% towards handling and repackaging if the order is not returned in its original, unopened packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned goods.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.
- Replacement products are dispatched immediately after the returned goods have been received and accepted by Audio Volt.
- Items that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Delivery costs are also reimbursed for faulty items. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 if you believe your item has developed a fault.
Finally, please remember that notifying us of your intention to apply for a return, saving the delivery paperwork and keeping the order in its original packaging will help both you and Audio Volt to process the return quickly.
