The Audac MTX88 delivers flexible, full-featured audio routing across eight independent zones.
The Audac MTX88 is an advanced 8-zone audio matrix designed for commercial environments requiring flexible routing, reliable control, and high-quality audio performance. Suitable for schools, hospitality venues, places of worship, offices, and multi-room public buildings, it provides extensive input options and intuitive control across eight fully independent zones.
This unit includes two balanced microphone inputs with priority functions, phantom power, and three-band EQ—ideal for announcements or paging. Four stereo line inputs allow connection of music sources such as media players, tuners, or streaming devices, while eight wall-panel inputs offer additional flexibility for local zone control.
The MTX88 can be managed using Audac Touch™, TCP/IP, RS232, front panel controls, or optional wall panels, making it easy to integrate into both modern networked systems and traditional AV installations. A built-in PFL loudspeaker on the front panel enables quick pre-listening without headphones, assisting installers and operators during setup.
Each zone features a balanced line output on Phoenix/Euroblock connectors, accompanied by an RJ45 port for connecting compatible control panels. Its 24V emergency power input allows continued operation during mains interruptions—ideal for safety-critical or evacuation systems.
