The Mackie Thump 15 V4 is a 15" 1400W Active PA Speaker delivering 130dB maximum SPL and a remarkably deep 34Hz low-frequency response, combining SoundCheck DSP™ voicing modes, Feedback Eliminator, Bluetooth streaming and Thump Connect 2 app control.

The Mackie Thump 15 V4 is the most advanced and capable everyday gigging loudspeaker in the Thump series, stepping up from the Thump 12 V4 with a larger 15" driver for greater low-frequency depth, extended bass response and a higher peak SPL of 130dB. Built around a 15" low-frequency driver and 1" custom compression driver powered by a 1400W Class-D amplifier, the Thump 15 V4 delivers a remarkably deep 34Hz low-frequency response — five Hertz deeper than the Thump 12 V4 — making it the ideal choice for musicians, DJs and live sound professionals who demand the deepest, most powerful and most impactful sound from a single compact loudspeaker. SoundCheck DSP™ — Intelligent Voicing at a Button Press

At the heart of the Thump 15 V4 is SoundCheck DSP™ — a powerful digital signal processing system that makes achieving the right sound for any application as simple and straightforward as pressing a button. Four user-selectable voicing modes provide instant optimisation for different scenarios: Flat delivers a neutral, pure response for general use; DJ optimises the speaker for music playback with enhanced low-end energy; Live configures the response for speech, karaoke and PA applications; and Wedge tailors the speaker specifically for stage monitor use. Whatever the application, the right sound is always just a button press away — no external processing, complex EQ adjustment or technical knowledge required.

Feedback Eliminator, Music Ducking & Outdoor Mode

Three SoundCheck DSP™ instant setup features remove the most common live sound frustrations from every performance. The Feedback Eliminator automatically prevents ear-piercing microphone feedback without any technical intervention. Music Ducking tastefully reduces the music level whenever a microphone signal is detected on channel 1, allowing seamless and natural announcements without halting the energy of the event. Outdoor Mode automatically compensates for the acoustic differences of open-air environments — preventing the loss of high-frequency presence and punch that typically affects loudspeakers used outdoors — maintaining full, punchy and well-balanced sound from indoor venues to outdoor festivals and events.

Bluetooth Streaming, Wireless Linking & App Control

Bluetooth streaming allows audio from smartphones and tablets to be played simultaneously with all analogue inputs, with the signal passing through to the XLR mix output for complete system flexibility. Two Thump 15 V4 speakers can be wirelessly linked for stereo, zone or dual mono playback without any cables — dramatically simplifying multi-speaker setups for touring and event applications. The Thump Connect 2 app provides complete wireless control of every speaker setting and EQ parameter from anywhere in the room, making remote adjustment and fine-tuning effortless throughout soundcheck and performance.

Built-In Mixer & Versatile Connectivity

The Thump 15 V4's built-in mixer accommodates a wide range of source connections. Dual combo XLR/TRS inputs handle microphones and instruments — channel 1 features a mic/line switch for flexible sensitivity matching — whilst a 1/8" aux input on channel 2 accepts media players and other consumer sources. An XLR balanced mix output feeds the signal to additional speakers, subwoofers or recording equipment. Three M10 fly points allow the Thump 15 V4 to be suspended for permanent venue installation, whilst a wedge design for floor monitor use and a standard pole mount socket complete the flexible deployment options. Peak and RMS limiting alongside thermal protection safeguard the amplifier and drivers at all times.

Orders must be placed before 3:30 pm to guarantee
same-day dispatch. Any orders placed after this time are not guaranteed
to be shipped the same day, and are more likely to be shipped the next
working day.

To guarantee Saturday Delivery, orders must ideally be placed before 2 pm.

We operate during office hours, Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm,
and are closed during the weekend. Orders placed over the weekend or
Friday after cut-off will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Due to our location relative to the Scottish Highlands & Islands,
we cannot offer a next-day service. Items being sent to the following

Delivery Notes

On delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Audio
Volt is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage
of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises Audio Volt
of such within three working days from the date of delivery.

EU Import Tax

Any goods shipped outside of the UK, over a certain value, will incur an import tax. The cost and rate will depend on the country and the order value.

This is a legal requirement and MUST be paid prior to delivery in order to receive your goods. You will be contacted by the courier once the order is dispatched to pay the fee.

Failure to pay import tax when applicable will result in the order
being shipped back to Audio Volt. Any returned goods sent back to us due
to non-payment of import tax are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund on the
shipping charge.

60 Day Returns Policy

We ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:

1. Please
keep your order reference to hand. This confirms your original order
and gives us the necessary details to authorise the product’s return.

2. Contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 (or e-mail info@audiovolt.co.uk). We will then send you an RMA number and a returns form, which needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).

3. (If
the order has been unpacked) re-package it to ensure that it is being
returned in its original condition. Please make sure all items relating
to the product are returned, including manuals and cables.

4. When returning an item, please obtain a ‘proof of postage’ receipt from the Courier.

Returned
items must be mailed within 10 days of when the RMA Number has been
issued. Items received with a post date 30 days after your requested
return will NOT be eligible for refund.

Please note:
Our returns policy is quite straightforward, but there are a number of
conditions that we ask our customers to comply with before applying:

1. It
is your responsibility to request a return. If you don’t tell us you
want to make a return, we don’t know. Once you do tell us, we will do
everything we can to action it.

2. If you have
not requested a return within 60 days of receiving an order, we will
assume that you are intending to keep it, and we will not authorise a
return.

3. We always refund the payment
according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within
72 hours of the return being received by us.

4. Returned
goods are liable for a restocking fee of 15% towards handling and
repackaging if the order is not returned in its original, unopened
packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned
goods.

5. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.

6. Replacement products are dispatched immediately after the returned goods have been received and accepted by Audio Volt.

7. Items
that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a
replacement or a refund. Delivery costs are also reimbursed for faulty

believe your item has developed a fault.

Finally, please remember
that notifying us of your intention to apply for a return, saving the
delivery paperwork and keeping the order in its original packaging will
help both you and Audio Volt to process the return quickly.
