Ecler SAMI-612 6-Channel 19" Analogue Stereo Rack Mixer
The Ecler SAMI-612 is a 6-Channel 19" Analogue Stereo Installation Rack Mixer featuring six MIC/LINE stereo inputs, per-channel 3-band tone control, front panel direct microphone input, talkover priority and a MUTE remote control port.
Comprehensive and professional 1RU mixing solution for retail, education, corporate, hospitality and sports and wellness installations.
The Ecler SAMI-612 steps up the SAMI series with six MIC/LINE stereo inputs — providing greater input capacity for more complex installation audio systems where multiple microphone and line-level sources need to be managed from a single, rack-mountable mixing unit.
Designed specifically for professional fixed audio installations across retail stores, educational facilities, corporate offices, hospitality venues and sports and wellness spaces, the SAMI-612 combines comprehensive mixing capability with the practical installation features that professional integrators and installers require — all in a compact 1RU 19" rack format. A dedicated stereo MIX input also allows a second mixer to be connected directly to the mixing bus, enabling the number of inputs to be expanded further for larger or more complex system designs.
Per-Channel 3-Band Tone Control
One of the standout features of the SAMI-612 over the smaller SAMI-402 is its per-channel 3-band tone control section — accessible via screwdriver on each individual input channel. Bass (100Hz ±15dB), Mid (2kHz ±15dB) and Treble (10kHz ±15dB) adjustment is available independently for every channel, providing a level of tonal control that is fundamental to achieving a well-balanced and professional microphone mix in a fixed installation environment. Where a single global EQ can only compensate for general tonal imbalances, per-channel EQ allows each individual microphone or source to be tailored precisely — accounting for differences in microphone type, placement and the characteristics of individual voices.
High-Quality Audio Performance
The SAMI-612 maintains the same high audio quality standards as the rest of the SAMI series. Line inputs achieve a frequency response of 10Hz to 50kHz (-1dB), THD+Noise less than 0.005% and SNR greater than 100dB. Balanced MIC inputs achieve a frequency response of 10Hz to 30kHz (-1dB) and SNR greater than 85dB with CMRR greater than 60dB at 1kHz. All MIC inputs support +18V phantom power, and microphone sensitivity is adjustable via rear panel controls for precise level matching across all channels.
Front Panel Direct Mic Input, Talkover & Safety Integration
Channel 1 of the SAMI-612 features a dedicated front panel jack connector for direct microphone connection — a practical feature for installations where quick and convenient front-panel microphone access is required without routing cables to the rear of the rack. Channel 1 also carries the talkover (priority) function with internally adjustable release time, automatically ducking the mix output by -30dB when the channel 1 microphone is active. A MUTE remote control input — triggered by external dry contact closure — enables integration with fire detection systems and emergency alert devices for automatic audio muting. A VU-meter monitors the mix signal level, and the main output is switchable between stereo and mono operation.

60 Day Returns Policy
We ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:
- Please keep your order reference to hand. This confirms your original order and gives us the necessary details to authorise the product's return.
- Contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 (or email info@audiovolt.co.uk). We will then send you an RMA number and a returns form, which needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).
- If the order has been unpacked, re-package it to ensure that it is being returned in its original condition. Please make sure all items relating to the product are returned, including manuals and cables.
- When returning an item, please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the courier.
Returned items must be mailed within 10 days of when the RMA number has been issued. Items received with a post date 30 days after your requested return will NOT be eligible for refund.
Please note: our returns policy is quite straightforward, but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with before applying:
- It is your responsibility to request a return. If you don't tell us you want to make a return, we don't know. Once you do tell us, we will do everything we can to action it.
- If you have not requested a return within 60 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it, and we will not authorise a return.
- We always refund the payment according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within 72 hours of the return being received by us.
- Returned goods are liable for a restocking fee of 15% towards handling and repackaging if the order is not returned in its original, unopened packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned goods.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.
- Replacement products are dispatched immediately after the returned goods have been received and accepted by Audio Volt.
- Items that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Delivery costs are also reimbursed for faulty items. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 if you believe your item has developed a fault.
Finally, please remember that notifying us of your intention to apply for a return, saving the delivery paperwork and keeping the order in its original packaging will help both you and Audio Volt to process the return quickly.
