This Adastra RM-Series wall-mounted background music system is ideal for pubs, cafés, restaurants and outdoor areas where ceiling speakers are not suitable.

This professional wall speaker background music system combines an Adastra RM-Series commercial mixer amplifier, your choice of 4, 8 or 12 weather-resistant wall speakers, and 100 metres of AudioKraft Apollo high-performance speaker cable. Designed for venues that need reliable indoor and outdoor audio, the system is ideal for pubs, cafés, restaurants, beer gardens, retail frontages, leisure venues and hospitality spaces where ceiling speakers cannot be installed.

Customers can choose between three performance levels - Standard, Mid-Range or Premium - allowing the system to be tailored to both budget and sound quality requirements. All speaker options are IP-rated for protection against moisture and dust, making them suitable for sheltered outdoor areas as well as indoor use.

Adastra RM-Series Mixer Amplifiers 

Each system is supplied with the correct Adastra RM-Series amplifier to ensure optimum power and headroom. The 4-speaker system is paired with the RM240D, the 8-speaker system with the RM360D, and the 12-speaker system with the RM480D. This ensures that even at higher volume levels, the speakers operate cleanly and reliably without distortion or strain.

At the heart of the system is the Adastra RM-Series commercial mixer amplifier, available in 240W, 360W or 480W versions depending on the number of speakers selected. These 2U rack-mountable amplifiers include Bluetooth streaming, DAB+/FM radio and USB/SD playback, providing complete control over music sources without additional equipment.

Switchable 4-Zone Audio System Control

Four switchable 100V output zones plus a dedicated always-on output allow different areas of your venue to be controlled independently, while microphone inputs with voice-over and emergency mute functions make the system ideal for paging, safety announcements and live speech.

The Adastra BP5V speakers offer an affordable and dependable solution for indoor and outdoor background music and announcements. With an IP54 weather-resistant rating, they are protected against dust and water spray, making them ideal for pub gardens, shop entrances, covered walkways and hospitality terraces.

Each speaker includes a rotary selector switch allowing easy selection of 100V line power taps or 8-ohm operation, providing flexibility when configuring the system. Supplied with an adjustable wall-mount bracket and a rear hard-wired cable, these speakers are simple to install and position for even sound coverage.

The Fonestar SONORA-5TB/5TN speakers are designed for more demanding indoor and outdoor environments where improved durability and sound performance are required. With an IP66 rating, aluminium grille and UV-resistant ABS housing, these speakers are suitable for exposed outdoor areas, marine environments and harsh weather conditions.

Their 5.25-inch polypropylene woofer and 1-inch tweeter deliver clear, balanced audio for both music and speech, while multiple 100V power tappings and 8-ohm operation allow flexible system design. Cut-off Times

Orders must be placed before 3:30 pm to guarantee
same-day dispatch. Any orders placed after this time are not guaranteed
to be shipped the same day, and are more likely to be shipped the next
working day.

To guarantee Saturday Delivery, orders must ideally be placed before 2 pm.

We operate during office hours, Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm,
and are closed during the weekend. Orders placed over the weekend or
Friday after cut-off will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Due to our location relative to the Scottish Highlands & Islands,
we cannot offer a next-day service. Items being sent to the following
postcodes will carry a minimum of 2 days' lead time.

Delivery Notes

On delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Audio
Volt is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage
of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises Audio Volt
of such within three working days from the date of delivery.

EU Import Tax

Any goods shipped outside of the UK, over a certain value, will incur an import tax. The cost and rate will depend on the country and the order value.

This is a legal requirement and MUST be paid prior to delivery in order to receive your goods. You will be contacted by the courier once the order is dispatched to pay the fee.

Failure to pay import tax when applicable will result in the order
being shipped back to Audio Volt. Any returned goods sent back to us due
to non-payment of import tax are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund on the
shipping charge.

60 Day Returns Policy

We ask that you follow these guidelines to help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible:

1. Please
keep your order reference to hand. This confirms your original order
and gives us the necessary details to authorise the product’s return.

2. Contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 (or e-mail info@audiovolt.co.uk). We will then send you an RMA number and a returns form, which needs to be completed and sent back with the returned item(s).

3. (If
the order has been unpacked) re-package it to ensure that it is being
returned in its original condition. Please make sure all items relating
to the product are returned, including manuals and cables.

4. When returning an item, please obtain a ‘proof of postage’ receipt from the Courier.

Returned
items must be mailed within 10 days of when the RMA Number has been
issued. Items received with a post date 30 days after your requested
return will NOT be eligible for refund.

Please note:
Our returns policy is quite straightforward, but there are a number of
conditions that we ask our customers to comply with before applying:

1. It
is your responsibility to request a return. If you don’t tell us you
want to make a return, we don’t know. Once you do tell us, we will do
everything we can to action it.

2. If you have
not requested a return within 60 days of receiving an order, we will
assume that you are intending to keep it, and we will not authorise a
return.

3. We always refund the payment
according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within
72 hours of the return being received by us.

4. Returned
goods are liable for a restocking fee of 15% towards handling and
repackaging if the order is not returned in its original, unopened
packaging. This charge will be subject to our inspection of the returned
goods.

5. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.

6. Replacement products are dispatched immediately after the returned goods have been received and accepted by Audio Volt.

7. Items
that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a
replacement or a refund. Delivery costs are also reimbursed for faulty
items. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 02476 369890 if you
believe your item has developed a fault.

Finally, please remember
that notifying us of your intention to apply for a return, saving the
delivery paperwork and keeping the order in its original packaging will
help both you and Audio Volt to process the return quickly.
